Certification: This event is not our certification course. It is day 1 and 2. Day 3 and case studies will be available for purchase.

Format:
This is a hybrid event (in-person + virtual via Zoom). You must choose which ticket is for you one week before the event. Virtual access details will be emailed prior to the event. Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to Zoom. We cannot guarantee an uninterrupted virtual experience. 

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations more than 24 hours prior: refund minus $50 administrative fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours: non-refundable
• No-shows are non-refundable

Transfers:
Tickets may be transferred to another person with 24 hour advance notice.
