Join me, Martyna, the founder of The Kind Space and an advocate for menstrual cycle awareness and building sustainable and empowered communities, in this series of MCA (menstrual cycle awareness) circles.
We will start on this year’s International Women’s Day, during Endometriosis Awareness Month, when we will come together in circle to learn about and tap into the wisdom of our inner spring.
You will:
Who am I?
I am your Cycle Guide. I’ve been practicing MCA for years and it has led me to an endometriosis diagnosis and radically changed my life. I am obsessed with menstrual health, women, and the role conscious communities play in shaping our world.
Who is this for?
All menstruators out there, who are seeking companionship and community and want to deepen their knowledge of self in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. All of you is welcome in The Kind Space.
Why circle?
Circles are an ancient tradition of people coming together, sharing their stories, being seen and acknowledged, while actively listening to each other and holding space for one another. I believe that we thrive in togetherness, and my intention is for you to leave this evening feeling connected to yourself and others, as well as empowered by the practical skills you have gained.
