Film Krew: Make a Mini Movie in 3 Days!

Lights, camera, action! Join us for a three day collaborative filmmaking adventure for ages 9–12.

Working together as a real film crew, participants will take an idea from imagination to screen, learning the creative and technical skills needed to make an original short film. Whether they enjoy performing, directing or working behind the camera, everyone will play an important role in bringing the story to life.

Throughout the three days, participants will:

• Develop an original story and script together
• Learn camera, sound, lighting and filmmaking techniques
• Explore roles in front of and behind the camera, including acting and directing
• Film and edit their own collaborative short film
• Celebrate their achievements with a screening for family and friends on the final day
