Church Road Lantern Parade Participant

Booking this ticket ensures you will have all the information you need to join Church Road Lantern Parade. Access to the start of the parade is provided to all lantern makers and lantern bearers. When you book a ticket for the parade you will be able to buy a kit and become a lantern masker/bearer- if you have joined one of our in person workshops you are already expected on the parade, thankyou for your contribution. This ticket is only valid with an accompanying lantern.

Arrival time is 4pm and there will be no entry after 4.45. The parade will set off at 4.30 and it takes us a little time to line everyone up so please don't leave it too late. It's really nice if your whole group has lanterns to join in the fun and to create the spectacle for the whole community. Please note: All children must be accompanied by an adult and please expect there to be live traffic on one carriageway of Church Road. Please stay with your group and the stewards allocated on the night.

Finally thank you if you are buying a lantern kit, there will be no access to the parade without one, this ensures a light filled spectacle to be shared with the whole community. All these little contributions really help the project . Many thanks from all the team at Lamplighter Arts CIC
