Gary Little (‘’Brilliantly observed’ Herald), Louise Young (★★★★★ Skinny) , Edy Hurst (★★★★ Lancashire Post) and MC Ryan McDonnell (“Candid and insightful” Irish Post) all at Padiham Comedy Club
Nothing is off topic for Gary Little, whether it’s something as mundane as dog walking etiquette, as comically ambitious as his own depression or even the occasions he has spent pleasuring Her Majesty (His 2009 show ‘He’s Only Jail Gay’ was a hit at the 2009 Edinburgh Fringe) you can rest assured he will make it devastatingly funny.
‘Tears were streaming down my face’ ★★★★★ Mumbles Comedy ‘’Brilliantly observed’ Herald
Quite possibly the only half-Turkish, gay Geordie on the circuit, Louise Young has a solid reputation for delivering formidable comedy clout. Her laid back style, warmth and wonderfully crafted, razor sharp jokes have seen her becoming in great demand in the comedy clubs as well as hosting the BBC’s weekly Grin Up North Show. Louise was nominated for ‘Best Show’ in the 2023 Edinburgh Comedy Awards and regularly supports both Jason Manford and Alan Carr on their UK tours.

Nick Doody, Aaron Twitchen, Amit Mistry and MC Jamie Sutherland all at Padiham Comedy Club
Intelligent, original and hilarious, Nick Doody was the first ever British comedian to perform in Croatia and the last ever British comedian to support Bill Hicks. So, whether you’re a newly emerging nation state or a soon to die comedy icon, Nick is your man! He has penned jokes for Joan Rivers, Lenny Henry, Dame Edna Everage and an uncomfortable number of Mock The Week regulars.
“I love Nick Doody!” Independent “Intelligence, originality… ..cracking gags” Metro “I already want to buy tickets” Scotsman
Aaron Twitchen is a stand up, actor, author and living stereotype. Intelligent, bubbly and frank, Aaron performs at the big clubs such as The Glee and Hot Water as well as dozens of smaller independents. He has also provided tour support for Luisa Omielan.
When not wowing audiences with laughter he’s a fully trained circus performer specialising in aerial and trapeze work. Ulp!

Ricky Balshaw, Nina Gilligan, Dom Hatton-Woods and MC Mel Moon
A quick-witted, slow walking, fast rising star, Ricky Balshaw is without question, the funniest Paralympic Dressage medallist in the UK, perhaps the world. Stepping over his cerebral palsy like it’s the mildest of inconveniences, Ricky pulls his audience into a joyfully dark world of self-depreciating hilarity. No sympathy vote is needed (or accepted) as Ricky dominates comedy stages up and down the UK. A brilliant joke-smith and storyteller, this young man has comedy greatness in his bones.
After a decade of slogging away at the comedy coalface, Nina Gilligan joined the ranks of Vegas, Manford and Ranganathan when she was crowned the 2021 Leicester Mercury Comedian Of The Year! Getting increasingly harder to book, we are sure you will understand why once you have seen her strutting her very funny stuff.
