When registering your child for our basketball camps, we collect personal information about you and your child (such as names, contact details, emergency information, and any relevant health or dietary needs).
This data is used to manage your booking, ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, and to meet any monitoring or reporting requirements set by our funders, including local authorities.
We only share information when necessary and in line with data protection laws. All personal data is stored securely and retained only for as long as needed.
Please note that we operate under a seven-day refund policy, allowing customers to request a refund within seven days from the first date of the event. (i.e refunds can only be honoured prior to 21/07/2025 at 12.30pm). Please note: Any purchases made after this date are non-refundable.
Upon the conclusion of the basketball session, we would like to emphasise that the responsibility for the supervision and care of your child shifts back to the parent or guardian. While we endeavour to provide a safe and structured environment during the session, it is imperative to acknowledge that our duty of care extends solely to the duration of the session itself. Once the session concludes and participants depart the premises, The London Basketball Association and affiliated personnel are no longer liable for the well-being, supervision, or actions of your child.
