Entry Fees
FREE if you are eligible for free school meals (FSM) when attending school by selecting the Free tickets when reserving a spot.

When registering your child for our basketball camps, we collect personal information about you and your child (such as names, contact details, emergency information, and any relevant health or dietary needs). This data is used to manage your booking, ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, and to meet any monitoring or reporting requirements set by our funders, including local authorities. We only share information when necessary and in line with data protection laws. All personal data is stored securely and retained only for as long as needed.
Refund Policy: All bookings are subject to a seven (7) day refund window, calculated from the start date of the overall event. For multi-week events (such as camps), the event start date is the first scheduled day of the full programme, regardless of which specific week or dates you have booked. This means the refund deadline applies to all ticket types and weeks within the same event, and not to individual sessions. Refund requests must be made no later than seven (7) days before the start of the event. After this deadline has passed, all bookings are non-refundable. The final date for all refund requests is: 19th October 2026 @ 12:30 PM
Upon the conclusion of the basketball session, we would like to emphasise that the responsibility for the supervision and care of your child shifts back to the parent or guardian. While we endeavour to provide a safe and structured environment during the session, it is imperative to acknowledge that our duty of care extends solely to the duration of the session itself. Once the session concludes and participants depart the premises, The London Basketball Association and affiliated personnel are no longer liable for the well-being, supervision, or actions of your child.
