Hoffai Cymdeithas Ddysgedig Cymru a Prifysgol Wrecsam eich gwahodd i ymuno â ni mewn sesiwn ‘cwrdd a chyfarch’ ar ddydd Mercher, 5 Chwefror 2025.

Bydd te, coffi a lluniaeth ysgafn yn cael ei weini, ac mae croeso i chi ymuno â ni ar unrhyw adeg rhwng 16:00 a 17:30.

Byddem yn falch iawn o groesawu’r ein Cymrodyr a’u gwesteion ar gyfer y cyfarfod anffurfiol hwn.

Dyma gyfle i Gymrodyr y Gymdeithas Ddysgedig ddod ynghyd ac eraill sydd â diddordeb mewn ymchwil a’i effaith yng Nghymru yn ogystal â dysgu mwy am Gymdeithas Ddysgedig Cymru.

• Unrhyw un sydd â diddordeb mewn ymchwil yng Nghymru neu am Gymru, a'i heffaith ar bolisi
• Pobl sydd â diddordeb mewn dysgu mwy am ddod yn Gymrawd Cymdeithas Ddysgedig Cymru

Byddwch yn gallu cyfarfod a siarad gyda staff y Gymdeithas Ddysgedig, gan gynnwys Helen Willson (Pennaeth Ecwiti ac Ymgysylltu), Dr Fiona Dakin (Pennaeth Polisi Cyhoeddus), Dr Barbara Ibinarriaga Soltero ac Dr Rian Powell (Y Tîm Datblygu Ymchwilwyr), ein Cenhadon (Cynrychiolwyr Prifysgol ym Prifysgol Wrecsam)  Yr Athro Richard Day.

Bydd yn gyfle gwrdd ag eraill sydd â diddordeb mewn ymchwil a'i effaith yng Nghymru. Bydd yn gyfle i rwydweithio hefyd, ac i ddysgu mwy am Gymdeithas Ddysgedig Cymru.

The Learned Society of Wales ‘meet and greet’ event - Wednesday 5 February 2025. 

Location: Wrexham University. 'The Hub'

The Learned Society of Wales and Wrexham University would like to invite you to join us at a ‘meet and greet’ session on Wednesday 5 February.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be served and you are welcome to join us at any time between 16:00-17:30.

We would be delighted to welcome all Fellows and their guests for this informal gathering.

This is an opportunity for Fellows of the Learned Society to come together with other individuals who are interested in research and its impact in Wales and to find out more about the Learned Society of Wales.

Who is this event for?

• Current Fellows of the LSW.
• Anyone interested in research from or about Wales and its impact on policy.
• People interested in learning more about becoming a Fellow of the LSW.

You will be able to meet and talk to staff from the Learned Society, including Helen Willson (Head of Equity and Engagement), Dr Fiona Dakin (Head of Public Policy), Dr Barbara Ibinarriaga Soltero and Dr Rhian Powell (Researcher Development Team), as well as our Wrexham Univeristy Cenhadon (University Representatives of The Learned Society of Wales) Professor Richard Day.

It will be an opportunity to network, meet others who are interested in research and its impact in Wales, and find out more about the Learned Society of Wales.
