Sustainable flower arranging - perfect for a DIY wedding or church flower rotas

If you love arranging flowers but would like to know how to create some larger arrangements or have a wedding in the diary or church flower rota dates then this floral workshop is for you. 

We will have a walk around the flower farm as it starts to come to life with the spring beauties and will discuss how to cut and condition your flowers for the best vase life. The flowers we will use will include daffodils and narcissi, clematis, hellebores - all those flowers that you may think are difficult or wilty to use but I'll show you how to condition them correctly. There will also be some colourful tulips and anemones with hopefully the first few ranunculus from the poly tunnels. 

It is half hands on and half demonstration led as we will go through how to arrange a handtied bouquet, an arch, large urns, pedestals and  meadows. We will also create a simple table scape for that lovely evening meal when friends come over. There is a handout provided for your notes and future reference of suppliers and useful resources.  All of the methods taught are sustainable and are floral foam free.
