Pricing, Performance and Profitability with Phil Gott
Tue 3 Dec 2024 10:00 AM - Wed 3 Dec 2025 12:00 PM GMT
Online, Zoom
Description
Maintaining profitability is becoming even more of a challenge for law firms as they come under increasing pressure from clients to reduce prices and to move from hourly rates to low fixed prices. This can lead to low profitability and even financial disaster if it is not dealt with early.
Yet there are ways to rise above this fee pressure, and ways to profit even from lower margin work.
This is a subject where even small changes can lead to a significant improvement in profitability. For those willing to work differently, the results can be transformative. You can expect to leave the course with some easily implementable actions as well as ideas - and perhaps some uncomfortable home truths - that could lead to a step-change in profitability.
This two hour online live course should be essential learning for anyone involved with developing competitive advantage and profitability for their law firms, including Managing Partners, Finance Directors, Heads of Departments and others who have responsibilities for ensuring their firms develop their businesses in the most successful ways possible.
Prices: £195 + VAT for the first delegate. This is a per organisation price, so up to 10 of your colleagues from the same organisation can participate at no extra charge, even if they are viewing it from a different location or at a different time. So for example, if there are 10 of you the cost per delegate would be just £19.50 each.
You can participate in the course live or watch the recorded version whenever or wherever you want. In each case you will receive a recording of the complete course after the event.
All those attending will receive a video recording of the course two weeks after it takes place. You can participate in the course live or watch the recorded version whenever or wherever you want. In each case you will receive a recording of the complete course after the event.
The course will be delivered by Phil Gott. Phil is a trainer, consultant and coach to many law firms in relation to their people, performance, business development and profitability. Whilst most of Phil’s clients are law firms, he is a chartered accountant and brings experience from heading a business development team for one of the big accountancy firms. He is now an award-winning trainer and speaker.

Important Notes about Booking
1. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or alternatively by invoice. The option to pay by invoice is below the pay by card option in the booking form
2. If you don't have the complete list of who will be attending you can book for those that you know will be attending and add the others at a later date
3. When booking, it is your responsibility to get your colleagues' email addresses entirely correct. Failure to do so will probably mean that they will not receive joining instructions and will not be able to join the event.
