Join us on 30 September for this essential live online course on Managing Neurodiversity in the Workplace, designed to help foster an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Neurodiversity is not just about compliance—it’s about unlocking potential, improving productivity, and creating a workplace where all employees can thrive. This course will equip you with practical strategies to support neurodivergent employees, enhance team dynamics, and drive better business outcomes.
There are an increasing number of neurodiverse people in the workplace, so what does that mean for the employer? What is neurodiversity, and how can neurodiverse employees be supported? Can neurodiversity be a disability, and if so what responsibilities does this place on the employer? In this webinar we will explore the answers to those questions:
What is neurodiversity?
What support might neurodiverse people need in the workplace?
What is a disability, and when neurodiversity be a disability?
What are the duties when supporting a disabled employee?
This course is delivered live, allowing for interaction, Q&A, and real-world insights from an expert speaker. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and practical skills to build a more inclusive workplace.
