This three hour recorded Food Law webinar will be streamed direct to your desktop so you can watch it from your office or home. The price for this is £159 . This is a per organisation price, so any of your colleagues can participate at no extra charge, even if they are viewing it from a different location or at a different time.
This webinar is a comprehensive three hour event for all those who need to keep up to date with the latest developments in food law, including private practice lawyers, in-house lawyers in food and beverage companies and retailers, food scientists and technologists, trading standards and environmental health officers and all others involved with compliance and the regulation, enforcement, application and interpretation of food law.
We have gathered together some of the top experts in these complex areas, and between them they will cover the following topics::
- Enforcement Update
- Food Fraud
- Natasha’s law: What it means for food businesses.
- The legal borderline between foods and medicines
- Look at the Label
- Shelf-life and durability dates
- Food safety hot topics
Although food law is country-specific, the way food law is applied in practice is more universal. In addition to the UK and Ireland, the conference will be relevant to delegates in other jurisdictions who are interested in how food law applies and particularly with those involved with exporting to the UK.
We have been putting together online conferences for over a year (and face-to-face conferences for 33 years) and have fine tuned the product to reassure ourselves that, as a concept it works, and sitting in front of a screen was not too big an ask for delegates. It works extremely well, and is as far removed from the boring and dull old one hour - one speaker webinar as it is possible to be.
Speakers:
Sterling Crew, Chair of the Advisory Board of the Food Authenticity Network of the Laboratory of the Government Chemist

Miles Bennett, of 5 Paper Buildings
