This is a half day online conference and will be streamed live, direct to your desktop, tablet or phone, wherever you are in the world You can either watch the conference live, or recorded to watch it whenever you want. In each case you will receive a recording of the complete conference after the event.
The price for this is £225 + VAT. This is a per organisation price, so up to 19 of your colleagues can participate completely free, even if they are viewing it from a different location or at a different time. So, of course, if there are 10 of you the cost per delegate would be just £22.50 each
For firms with four or less partners you can purchase a single place at the conference for £99 + VAT

Jeremy Mindell - Chair
Jeremy Mindell has been lecturing in taxation for over 20 years. Known on the circuit as an accomplished and entertaining speaker, Jeremy is in high demand for tax, pensions, share schemes and remuneration events. He has developed a specialism in International Corporate Tax, including the new Diverted Profits Tax, transfer pricing and the OECD BEPS project. Jeremy is one of the few individuals in the country who has both qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor but also has a Masters from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Jeremy worked for three big four firms focusing on employment taxation, expatriate tax, International tax, profit related pay, US taxation and share schemes and HMRC investigations. Following this Jeremy worked at AMP and Henderson Global Investors where he was a Director of the Pension Scheme. He is on the IFS Pro-Share advisory panel and a member of the Worshipful Company of Tax Advisors’ panel.
Malcolm Greenbaum, Greenbaum Training & Consultancy
Malcolm is a UK Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. He was previously Director of Finance and Taxation Programmes at BPP Professional Education and has delivered IFRS, US GAAP, UK Tax and VAT training to a multitude of organisations world-wide since 1992. Malcolm has particular experience in delivering bespoke training programmes to multi-nationals in the financial services, transport and energy sectors as well as delivering UK tax and VAT update programmes to accounting and law firms. He is passionate about training and his enthusiasm ensures that the participants enjoy the learning experience whilst gaining knowledge through their engagement in the sessions and through encouraging them to ask questions and discuss practical
Rebecca Sheldon, Old Square Chambers
Rebecca has developed a busy practice in all areas of tax law, including complex advisory work and litigation. The majority of her practice involves acting or advising alone, but she also accepts instructions to act as junior counsel. Rebecca has frequently appeared in the First Tier Tax Tribunal.
She has experience in matters concerning IHT, SDLT, CGT, VAT, challenging wills, taxation of trusts, UK residence and domicile rules, transfer of assets abroad and employee taxation.
Kelly Stricklin-Coutinho, 39 Essex
Kelly’s practice centres around EU law, tax law and commercial disputes, involving litigation at every level of English Court, specialist tribunals, arbitral tribunals and the CJEU. Her clients are broad ranging and include multinationals, FTSE 100 and 250 companies, central and local government, charities and SMEs. Kelly is ranked in the Legal 500 guide and the Chambers & Partners guide for EU law and for Tax.
Dilpreet Dhanoa, Field Court Tax Chambers
Dilpreet has a diverse practice in Revenue law covering all aspects of Chambers’ specialisms across both indirect and direct taxes, nationally and internationally. She advises and represents a wide array of clients on tax-related matters, in addition to undertaking commercial litigation. She has appeared in all levels of Court up to the Court of Appeal as well as arbitrations. Dilpreet holds an MSc in Tax Law from the University of Oxford and is also a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser. She has considerable experience in providing detailed written advice, drafting pleadings and grounds of appeal. Prior to joining Field Court Tax Chambers Dilpreet worked in private practice in the Middle East in international arbitration and litigation, focusing on commercial disputes and advising extensively on VAT in the region. Before coming to the Bar, she worked for one of the Big Four professional services firms in the Tax team where she advised clients on a variety of indirect and cross-border taxation issues. She focused on the Financial Services, Property, Construction and Investment Funds sectors. Dilpreet is a contributor to the British Tax Review and is regularly invited to speak at tax and arbitration conferences. She combines rigorous analysis with her diverse professional experience to advocate persuasively and deliver commercially robust advice for her clients.
