Company Directors Behaving Badly: A Legal Update. A Live Online Half Day Conference

Following on from our very popular Directors Behaving Badly Conference last year, this new event deals with a new range of hot topics and new twists on perennial problems.

Our speakers will guide you through the key areas in a very practical way. The conference will be of relevance to company/commercial lawyers, insolvency lawyers and practitioners, accountants, in-house counsel, company secretaries and all others who need to be able to keep up to date and advise on the interrelated complexities of this very difficult area of work.

The event will be streamed live, direct to your desktop, tablet or phone, wherever you are. You can participate in the conference live or watch the recorded version whenever or wherever you want. In each case you will receive a recording of the complete conference after the event.

The price for this is £240 + VAT. This is a per organisation price, so up to 20 of your colleagues can participate at absolutely no extra charge, even if they are viewing it from a different location or at a different time. So, of course, if there are 10 of you the cost per delegate would be just £240 per head.

For law firms with four or less partners, you can purchase a single place at the conference for £109 + VAT

To book a place on the conference please click on the box at the top right. If you don't know all the names of your delegates, you can still book for those you know and add additional free delegates at a later. All free delegates need to be registered in order to get joining instructions. 

Important Notes about Booking

1. If you are booking more than say 14 delegates, it is probably better to make two bookings of half the number of delegates each, starting with the paying delegate and then adding half the free delegates to that booking and then creating a new booking for the rest of the free delegates. The reason for this is that the booking platform time-out kicks in perhaps too quickly and you can lose all the information you inputted. 2. Payment can be made by credit or debit card or alternatively by invoice. The option to pay by invoice is below the pay by card option in the booking form

4. If you don't have the complete list of who will be attending you can book for those that you know will be attending and add the others at a later date
