Refunds are only available in the event of total cancellation where the event cannot be rescheduled.

Event staff are unable to authorise refunds.

The Lensbury will not provide cover in the event of rain — please dress accordingly.

Guests who choose not to attend due to forecast or actual weather conditions are not eligible for refunds if the event proceeds.
