This year, The Lit Gala is proud to partner with Save A Family Plan (SAFP), a Canadian-based international nonprofit dedicated to lifting families out of poverty in India — for good. SAFP's six-year development model goes beyond short-term aid, equipping families with the skills, resources, and infrastructure they need to become truly self-sufficient: from house construction and solar power to sanitary toilets, biogas stoves, literacy, and small business creation.
