Folk Tales for Curious Minds is a joyful adventure from The Living Theatre, created especially for children aged 4 to 10 and their grown-ups. In this extra-special bespoke edition in collaboration with Kimpton Folk Festival and North Herts Council, we'll be running a workshop for all the family the hour before each show. In this workshop we'll develop monsters, creatures and mythical beasts to prepare you for joining us on our adventure.

lending puppetry, music, and playful audience participation, this enchanting 60 minute show brings traditional British folk tales to life for a new generation. Crafted using recycled and found materials, and inspired by our love of the natural world, this immersive production celebrates curiosity, kindness, and care for the environment. Expect laughter, wonder, and a sprinkling of folklore magic. 🌾Come along, listen closely, and discover what the land has been trying to tell us all along.

The performances and workshops will take place on the green at Garden Fields.
