The Loading Dock Classic - 2026 Tournament

Join us at the annual Loading Dock Classic fun golf tournament for an epic day of golf and networking for event professionals by event professionals, supporting event professionals!

We are keeping the 9+2 hole tournament with a morning shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.

How to register?

Individual golfers - use this if you are registering yourself or if you have a group of people and are good with being placed on different teams

Team - a group of 2-8 people that you want to play with. We will not split up your group of people. Please buy the number of tickets equal to the number of people in your group.

• Early birdie draws and prizing - keep an eye on our socials for that! 
• The option to purchase mulligans on site - to cheat your way to the top
• A 9 hole, scramble style tournament with 2 additional activation holes for your prizing pleasure
• Hole activations including food, beverage, prizing and games
• BBQ and prizing...beer
• The awarding of the coveted Loading Dock Classic Cup!
• Non-golfers the "ride along" ticket is here to stay! Don't golf but want to "play"? Join in as a ride along cheerleader, photographer or ball hunter and dress the part! Includes all the perks of golfers without the cursing.
• Prizing for costuming, bad golfing and the traditional on course prizes, which we are making gender inclusive where possible.

Need golf clubs? Call Springbank Links (403-202-2000) to pre-book and pay for your clubs.

Cancellation policy - No refunds will be issued. We are happy to transfer your registration to another player or you can donate it and we can give it to an event professional who needs it. All transfers and donations must be completed by September 3, 2026 at 9am. Email info@loadingdockclassic.ca to complete your transfer or donation.
