The science is clear that eating a more plant-based diet (Mediterranean, Blue Zones, etc.) is better for your long-term health (and better for the planet). But how do you do that? Based in large part on the book “How Not to Age,” by Dr. Michael Greger, I’ll talk about how a plant-based diet addresses some of the common pathways of aging, how I’m going about figuring out what my diet should look like based on my particular health concerns (as an example), and more importantly, how do we change our dietary habits? Because, honestly, it’s not that easy.
