Featuring Banjo Hall of Famer: Ned Luberecki

Ned Luberecki, a renowned banjoist, radio host, and author, has been recognized for his contributions to the banjo community. He was named Banjo Player of the Year for 2018 and Broadcaster of the Year for 2023 by the International Banjo Music Association (IBMA), and he was inducted into the Banjo Hall of Fame in 2024.

Ned’s expertise extends beyond his musical prowess. He is the author of the Complete Banjo Method series for Alfred Music, which has become a valuable resource for banjo players of all levels. Additionally, he has created numerous lesson videos available on TrueFire.com, providing aspiring banjoists with convenient and accessible learning opportunities.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Ned is a sought-after performer and session musician. He has collaborated with renowned artists such as Becky Buller, Chris Jones, Jim Lauderdale, Ray Stevens, Nedski & Mojo, and many others. Ned’s performances have graced stages and recordings, captivating audiences across the country.

Beyond his musical achievements, Ned is also a popular instructor at music camps and workshops across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
