Between Bloom and Decay: An Embodiment Workshop for a Season of Change

Thu Nov 6, 2025 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM First Street Market, 02141

Description

Through playful movement and imagination, we’ll explore the natural cycles of life, death, and renewal. As the veil thins, we’ll shapeshift through the ancient rhythm of blooming, fading, and returning to soil — discovering how change lives in the body and how every ending holds the seed of beginning.

You can read more about shapeshifting here.

No dance experience needed, only curiosity and breath.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early, as we will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.

This offering is part of The Ludo's Forms Forum, a curated series of embodiment practices. Each session will start with some contextual information about the modality, provide ample time for experiential application and exploration, and wrap with some reflection and discussion.

Check out our Gaga (Dance & Movement Language) Workshop on 12/3!
