The Ludo is grateful to participate in the Cambridge NITES grant program, presenting three special editions of our Steep'd series.

For our third and final event on October 24th, we are hosting an intergenerational night for our neighbors of all ages at First Street Market in Cambridge, MA!

Steep'd: Ambient Tea Lounge takes a different approach to nightlife—preserving many of the reasons why we go out: unwinding after a long week, immersing in art and music, and connecting with others—while rethinking some of the elements that can leave us feeling overstimulated or depleted.

By keeping volume at more intentional levels, decentering alcohol, and operating at more sustainable hours, we aim to create a space that feels more accessible for a wider range of people and leaves guests feeling more nourished than depleted the morning after.

This isn't your average concert. Steep'd is a carefully curated, immersive experience created to provide a meditative and magical space for those looking to:

• Enjoy a meaningful night out with loved ones & new connections
• Spend time journaling, reading, studying, or working on a creative project while still getting out of the house
• Meet new people in an easy-going environment designed to foster conversation and connection
• Experience a softer, more intentional alternative to nightlife

This event also falls on the eve of our first ever Steep'd on 10/25/25, and we hope you'll come celebrate with us!

Lineup + Activities

J. Bagist will be serving up ambient and downtempo tunes alongside live visual projections from Emma Lucille all night.

We are excited to welcome Nick from New Alliance, who will be hosting a special "Synth Petting Zoo" for folks to learn about and try their hand at synthesized music.

There will also be a station of games and activies, a special icebreaker activity for folks to meet one another (if desired), plus two art tables featuring drawing and lego-building (special thanks to Merlin Katz)! Guests are also welcome to bring books, art supplies, or other activities that you might like to enjoy in the space.

Guests who complete the activity will be entered into a random draw to win a $50 gift card to Amba Cafe!

As always, unlimited herbal tea service will be available—included with entry!

Plus, snack on some delicious snacks courtesy of Amba Cafe, or enjoy 15% off a delicious dinner with them (right next door!) before the event by showing your Steep'd tickets at checkout.

While Steep'd typically has a timed entry, we want to accomodate families' different needs, and welcome folks to come and go as it suits your schedules this time!

TICKETS:
Tickets are required and space is limited, so please adjust your reservations promptly if no longer attending so others can!

These events are free to the public thanks to the City of Cambridge and the NITES grant program, but donations are greatly appreciated if you are able to support the artists and team behind these events.

The venue is ADA accessible, and there will be a variety of seating options available.

We ask that you please refrain from attending if you or anyone you have been in close contact with has been sick to protect our more vulnerable attendees.
