Designed for professionals and practitioners who may come into contact with bereaved families or individuals during their practice. It aims to cover the principles of how best to talk with them, however brief your contact is, and irrespective of your role.

The 30-minute video presentation covers the following objectives:

• Understanding the meaning of perinatal loss
• A brief look at models of grief
• Key factors in communication – dos and don’ts
• Signposting for further help
