We have a whole weekend of fun lined up, with over 65 vendors bringing you their magical makes.

This year’s Magical Market will be taking place on both Saturday 2nd November, AND Sunday 3rd November at Birmingham's iconic Custard Factory.

With over 65 amazing stalls to browse, you'll be able to shop with all your favourite small businesses and meet the faces behind them.

Some vendors will be joining us both days, and some just for one. Scroll down to see the lineup for each day, and visit our Instagram here for more info about the day. We can’t wait to see you there!

Accessibility: Once inside, the market is all on one level.
At the entrance there is a small step, we have a ramp for this for who ever will need it.
We have an accessible toilet, along with an additional toilet block (all inside the market hall.)

You can join us for a full weekend of fun, or just one day.

There are different ticket options available, so please read the following information carefully as your day, entry time and exit is dependent on ticket type, and tickets are valid for your chosen day and time session only.
You are also very welcome to mix and match your tickets if you’d like to attend a different session each day. 

MORNING MAGIC (One day ticket) - £28

This ticket includes:

- Admission to the event from 10am - 1pm With this ticket you’ll get a first look at all of our amazing stalls, and get to shop at a reduced capacity for 3 hours.

- A very special birthday party gift bundle! We’ve managed to pack so many goodies in this year, including:

• A shiny iridescent Magical Market party bag.
• A super fun colouring book, full of pages designed by some of our wonderful market vendors.
• A beautiful blueberry whipped soap from Tales of Toria.
• A delicious birthday cake flavoured chocolate treat by Wacky Websters.
• A cosy hot chocolate pouch from Mugly’s, with a super special Magical Market birthday flavour.
• A colourful magical badge from Bishop, Please!
• And as no party would be complete without balloons, you will also receive a (very) cute balloon dog keyring in either pink or blue!

MORNING MAGIC (Weekend Ticket) - £56

This ticket includes:

- Admission to the event both days, from 10am - 1pm With this ticket you’ll get a first look at all of our amazing stalls, and get to shop at a reduced capacity for 3 hours.

- You will receive the full party bag bundle included with the one day ticket AND an additional gift bundle including:

• An amazing fluffy ‘Magic’ blanket. This blanket is huge, cosy, and has such a beautiful design! Illustrated by the wonderful Amy from Deerheart Print Co
• A 30ml room spray from Dole Wicks in a surprise scent 
• And a gorgeous neon tote bag to carry all these goodies! 

GOLDEN AFTERNOON (One Day Ticket) £8

This ticket includes:

-Admission to the event from 1:30pm - 5pm to browse and shop with all our amazing vendors.

GOLDEN AFTERNOON (Weekend Ticket) £16

This ticket includes:

-Admission to the event both day from 1:30pm - 5pm to browse and shop with all our amazing vendors.

CHILD TICKET (FREE) -

If you are bringing a child aged 3 years or under, please add a free ‘CHILD TICKET' to your order.

The child ticket is valid for either session, and must be accompanied by a paying adult.

If you’re buying tickets for both days then please add child tickets for every day you are attending as they can only be scanned once each.

All other children over 3 years old will require a full price ticket due to venue capacity limitations.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET:

By purchasing your ticket you are agreeing to the following terms:

- Entry to The Magical Market will only be granted with a valid ticket. This will be in the form of a QR code which will be emailed to you after purchasing so please keep it safe.

-You can leave and re enter the event as many times as you like during your ticket session (10-1 for Morning Magic & 1:30-5 for Golden Afternoon). Admission outside of your session hours or days can not be granted due to the venue capacity. Please purchase a ticket for both if you’d like to attend both sessions or days.

- Gift bundles can be collected at the event only, they cannot be shipped.

- Please note in the unlikely event that any items in the gift bundle are unavailable due to supply issues, we reserve the right to change products included to alternatives of the same value.

-Tickets are non-refundable. This includes ticket holders no longer able to attend due to travel disruptions. You are welcome to resell your tickets.

- Please note the stalls attending may be subject to change if they are no longer able to attend. Ticket refunds will not be given in this case.

- There are currently no restrictions in place regarding Coronavirus. Should this change we will be strictly following government advice, and we reserve the right to make changes to these terms as new developments are announced, including (but not limited to) mask wearing, social distancing, or if necessary, rearranging the event to a new date.

-Should the Market need to be cancelled due to Covid restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstances, the event will be rearranged and your ticket(s) automatically transferred to the new event. No refunds can be given.
