Welcome Magic Makers!

We are so excited to be back, and this time in a whole new city!

This year’s Magical Market will be taking place on Saturday 30th August at the Wildcats Arena in Nottingham.

Last year was supposed to be our last event, but after a massive outpouring of love and support we decided to keep going, and we're so pleased we did because this year's line up is AMAZING (and just wait until you see the goody bag!)

With so many amazing stalls to browse, you'll be able to shop with all your favourite small businesses and meet the faces behind them.

The change of venue also means we’ve been able to lower our ticket prices which we’re so happy about! Full details below.

There are different ticket options available, please read the following information carefully as your entry time and exit is dependent on ticket type, and tickets are valid for your chosen time session only.

Accessibility: Once inside, the market is all on one level.
There are multiple toilets in the arena.

Session 1:
MORNING MAGIC (£25) -

This ticket includes:

- Admission to the event from 10am - 1pm. With this ticket you’ll get a first look at all of our amazing stalls, and get to shop at a reduced capacity for 3 hours.

- You will also receive our goody bag!
We’ve leaned fully into our summer theme this year, with so many exclusive products, including:

• A gorgeous silk-y feel scarf with a lilac gingham and cherry pattern, the perfect summer accessory! Designed by the wonderful Amy at Deerheart Print Co.
• A cherry body scrub from Tales of Toria. Trust us when we say this smells absolutely incredible!
• A fun ‘Make Magic’ exclusive diamond art kit. This diamond art is huge, so bright and colourful and will look perfect framed when you’re finished!
  
  For the first time ever, the rest of this goody bag is completely customisable! You’ll be able to pick your favourite colours on the day of the following items:
• A super pretty gingham puffy bow bag charm, available in pink, baby blue, red and black.
• A cute travel pouch to stash your new goodies in, available in white, pink, mint, lavender, purple and red.
• And a super cute jelly basket bag to pop it all in! The basket bags will be available in white, pink, lilac and mint.
  
  Please note: We will have an equal amount available of all colour items, this will mean each colour will be available while stocks last, but there are SO many colour combos to choose from, and all the colours complement each other perfectly for you to mix and match!

We’ll also have bags made ready to grab and go if you’d prefer a surprise and for us to pick for you!

Session 2:
GOLDEN AFTERNOON (£5) -

We are so happy to have been able to reduce our Golden Afternoon session tickets to just £5 this year!

This ticket includes:

-Admission to the event from 1:30pm - 5pm to browse and shop with all our amazing vendors.

CHILD TICKET (FREE) -

If you are bringing a child or baby aged 5 years or under, please add a free ‘CHILD TICKET' to your order.

The child ticket is valid for either session, and must be accompanied by a paying adult.

If you’re buying tickets for both sessions please add 2 child tickets for each child as they can only be scanned once each.

All other children over 5 years old will require a full priced ticket.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET:

By purchasing your ticket you are agreeing to the following terms:

- Entry to The Magical Market will only be granted with a valid ticket. This will be in the form of a QR code which will be emailed to you after purchasing so please keep it safe.

-You can leave and re enter the event as many times as you like during your ticket session (10-1 for Morning Magic & 1:30-5 for Golden Afternoon). Admission outside of your session hours can not be granted due to the venue capacity. Please purchase a ticket for both if you’d like to attend both sessions.

- Goodybags can be collected at the event only, they cannot be shipped.

- Please note in the unlikely event that any items in the goodybag are unavailable due to supply issues, we reserve the right to change products included to alternatives of the same value.

-Tickets are non-refundable. This includes ticket holders no longer able to attend due to travel disruptions or illness.

- Please note the stalls attending may be subject to change if they are no longer able to attend. Ticket refunds will not be given in this case.

- You are responsible for your own parking, The Magical Market can not be held responsible for any restrictions or tickets incurred from not following local parking rules.

- There are currently no restrictions in place regarding Coronavirus. Should this change we will be strictly following government advice, and we reserve the right to make changes to these terms as new developments are announced, including (but not limited to) mask wearing, social distancing, or if necessary, rearranging the event to a new date.

-Should the Market need to be cancelled due to Covid restrictions, adverse weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the event will be rearranged and your ticket(s) automatically transferred to the new event. No refunds can be given.  We can also not give refunds for external items including but not limited to hotel bookings, train and travel.
