Harvest Moon Fest 2026

Join us for our Third Annual Harvest Moon Fest!

Harvest Moon Fest is a Fall Festival benefiting The Making Place, a creative non-profit in the Flathead Valley that features a community workspace, tool library, and creative classes and events. We’ll be showcasing the talents of various local artists at the Festival.

We bring creatives together to give you an afternoon of fun at the fest, bringing you musical acts, food trucks, and local art vendors, as well as hands-on activities that let you create and take home your own art, and try your hand at new creative skills.

Come join us for a day of fun, creativity, and community, all supporting a great cause, and uplifting local artists.

Craft Passes

Take home more than memories with one of our immersive Craft Pass workshops! Led by talented local makers, these hands-on sessions are designed for all skill levels and offer a chance to slow down, create, and connect with the spirit of Harvest Moon Fest.

Purchase your craft passes in two bundle choices:

Explorer Pass = 1 craft workshop + General Admission

Maker Pass = 3 craft workshops + General Admission

Choose from four unique workshops:

• 🌲 Pine Needle Basket Weaving
• 🍄 Mushroom Wool Felting
• 🎨 Nature-Inspired Painting on Birch Wood Cookies (wood slices, not edible cookies!)
• 🌿 Natural Dye Bundle-Dyed Bandanas

Workshops are offered in three sessions throughout the day:

• 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• 1:15 PM – 2:45 PM
• 3:15 PM – 4:45 PM

Workshop spaces are limited to 15 people per workshop each session and advance reservations are highly encouraged.

If space is still available, individual Craft Passes may be purchased at the festival for $25 per workshop.
