The Calmers are Southend City's original groove band. Formed in 2021 and playing their uplifting original tracks mixed in with soulful cover songs, this exciting band delivers funky vocals, a sizzling horn section and a super tight rhythm section. In 2026 we are celebrating our 5th birthday with the release of 8 new professional tracks over the course of the year.

Nat Hills is a rising UK country-rock artist delivering high-energy anthems born from raw resilience.Blending the gritty, unpolished edge of 90s alternative rock with the cinematic theatricality of a rock opera, she turns personal survival into public empowerment, making every listener feel they can win.

Heidi J Masters describes herself as a 16-year-old indie artist & lyricist who does nerdy things and creative stuff. Heidi writes soulful, original songs that are a mix of live musical performance, contemporary dance, and spoken word. Drawing influence from Celtic and folk traditions fused with rock, classical, punk, opera and metal, her sound blends storytelling with a raw, emotional edge. Her music focuses on honest, impactful songwriting, and atmosphere-driven expression.

She’s already had a number 4 hit on the Fountain, Valueverse chart, and her new album is coming out this later year.

Heidi can often be seen performing acapella with just a percussionist for her acoustic shows. For larger events Heidi summons her band, the Trash Pandas, from whatever skip they’re currently hiding in. That’s when you get to see Heidi and the Trash Pandas perform!
