The Cradle - Hinsdale

The Cradle is ideal for babies that are 0-3 months when class starts. A new series starts every month, choose the start date that works best for you!  Connect with other mamas and and meet with an expert each week including: sleep, feeding, PT for mom and baby, travel, OT and more!

**If a series you're interested in is full, please sign-up for the waitlist!  Moms are constantly switching groups based on due date vs birth date and post-partum recovery schedules, so there is a good chance a spot could become available**

If class falls on a holiday (4th of July, Thanksgiving, etc.) class will be held a different day that week or the following week.

Each cohort includes eight classes, held once a week for 90 minutes. All classes are currently located at Authentic Growth Wellness Group (333 Chestnut St. Hinsdale).
