Join us for a weekly mommy & me class ideal for pre-walking babies aged approx. 3-14 months. We will learn about developmental milestones, infant reflexes, and how to help our babies grow stronger. We will also discuss developmental delays and red flags to watch for.

Class is held on four consecutive Wednesday mornings from 9-10am (1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29) at Seasons Therapy Group: 811 N Elm St, Hinsdale

Week 1: Tummy Time

Week 2: Motor Development

Week 3: strengthening and reflexes

Week 4: Torticollis, flat spots, and red flags
