The class is going to be at The Center for Balanced Parenthood which is located at 920 N York Rd Suite 300. You can only access the third floor from the back doors and there is plenty of parking back by those doors.

Jamie is going to lead you through some exercises/movements so please wear yoga type clothes and bring a mat if possible.
