By purchasing a ticket or entering, you agree to the following:

Age Policy
This is a strictly 18+ event.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy for all alcohol sales – valid ID must be a passport or photo driving licence.

Alcohol Licensing

• Event held under a valid Premises Licence (Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005).
• Alcohol is managed by a Personal Licence Holder and may only be consumed in permitted areas/times.

Responsible Drinking

• No promotions encouraging excessive drinking.
• Staff may refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive individuals.

Entry & Conduct

• Bags may be searched for safety.
• Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Management may refuse entry or remove anyone acting unlawfully/disruptively, without refund.
• Tickets can be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the event - any cancellations outwith this time will not be refunded.

Accessibility

• Our venue spans three floors with lift access; some steps remain at the entrance and to Dear Josephine’s.
• Accessible toilet currently under refurbishment; larger ground-floor cubicles available.
• Seating available throughout; events may include low lighting and loud music.
