• This event is strictly 18+. Challenge 25 is in operation, so valid photo ID will be required.
• Doors open at 10pm. Last entry is 12:30am. Entry cannot be guaranteed after this time.
• Tickets can be cancelled and refunded with at least 48 hours’ notice before the event.
• Tickets must not be resold for profit or commercial gain. Any tickets found to have been resold may become void, and entry may be refused.
• Entry is subject to venue management discretion. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who are intoxicated, disruptive, or deemed unsuitable, without refund.
• Bags will be searched on entry as part of our security procedures.
• The venue and event organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• In the event of cancellation, refund information will be provided by the responsible party.
