Step into a beautifully transformed ballroom and experience 90 minutes of festive wonder, where much-loved characters, enchanting entertainment and unforgettable moments come together to create a celebration unlike any other.

Meet our tribute to Mickey & Minnie, Donald & Daisy, Goofy, Olaf, Lilo & Stitch, Woody & Buzz, with Elsa making a very special appearance, brought to life by our friends at A Princess To Your Door.

From the first magical welcome to the final festive finale, the ballroom will be filled with music, laughter and Christmas magic. Enjoy a spectacular programme of live performances featuring much-loved songs and festive favourites, while your favourite characters sing, dance and make their way throughout the ballroom, sharing unforgettable moments with every family during The Enchanted Banquet.

This is more than a character experience—it's an immersive Christmas celebration where every family is part of the magic.

If anyone has a dietary requirement or food allergy, please let us know at the time of booking. We will work closely with The Mytton Fold Hotel to accommodate genuine dietary and allergy requirements wherever possible. Please note that we must receive all requirements no later than 14 days before the event.                    Unfortunately we can not make any amendments or take any requests on the day.

While the children enjoy their magical feast, adults are invited to relax and soak up the festive atmosphere, with a fully licensed hotel bar available to purchase a selection of drinks throughout the celebration.

Tickets are strictly limited to ensure every family enjoys a truly personal and immersive Christmas experience.

Please note: Seating is on mixed tables of 12. Your seats will be pre-allocated, should you wish to be seated with friends/family members who are also attending please inform us upon booking as we will be unable to make any seating changes on the day. 

Babies under 12 months old, in arms, do not require a ticket and are only admitted with a fully paid child ticket. A seat will not be allocated for them and you MUST inform us at the booking stage. High chairs are limited and an not be guaranteed. Please state your requirements for a high chair upon booking. Prams will be stored in the adjacent cloakroom.

Photographs will be taken at the event, if you do not wish for these photos to be published please inform us upon booking.
