The In-Between is a series of live sessions combining guided Yoga Nidra meditation with writing — following the yogic model of the koshas, the five layers of being said to lie between us and our deepest, truest self, moving inward one layer at a time before arriving at pure awareness itself.
This first session begins with Annamaya, the physical body — the outermost layer, and the one we live in most directly. We'll begin with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation that gently brings awareness into the body, moving you into the space between waking and sleep. From there, we'll write — no prompts, no direction beyond what emerged, just space to follow whatever the practice has brought forward.
This isn't about writing something "good." It's about listening to what surfaces, and letting it find its way onto the page.
Join us live on Zoom for guided meditation, writing, and space to share in a small, supportive group.
