For Moms with Daughters in 7th & 8th Grade
NOTE: This class will be attended by Moms AND their Daughter (and those who identify as she/her)

This one-day workshop is intended to create a safe space for mothers and daughters to have a shared experience to deepen connection, learn ways to strengthen relationships and develop daily rituals together. I share concepts and facilitate activities that allow you and your daughter the opportunity and space to learn about each other both during and after the session. This workshop is for Moms and their 7th & 8th grade daughter (and those who identify as she/her). Please note this is not a process group, meaning your daughter does not have to share with the group about her feelings. The activities are quite private. She is only required to share with you, Mom. 

Please note this is a nonrefundable ticket. If you have to miss the class for any reason, I will send you a full recap of the class and an invitation to have a 20 min session with me.
