NOTE: This class will be attended by Moms AND their daughter (and those who identify as she/her)

This one-day workshop is for mothers and daughters in 5th grade who are ready to strengthen their connection, deepen mutual understanding, and navigate the complexities of earlyadolescence side by side. 

Throughout the day, I’ll share meaningful concepts and guide you through activities designed to help you and your daughter learn about each other in a safe, supportive space - both during the session and beyond. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be her ally and guide, while still holding clear, loving boundaries. If you're struggling to communicate, feeling disconnected or unsure of your place in her life, or simply want to stay ahead of the teen years with confidence and compassion - you’re not alone. You’ll leave with grounded mindsets, habits, and strategies that help you both thrive through this transformative stage.

This is not a process group and your daughter will never be asked to share anything with the larger group. All activities are designed for just the two of you to engage in together. There is one brief breakout during the day when the girls step away with a teen mentor, and I spend time with the moms. Aside from that, the experience is all about connection between the two of you, in your own way, at your own pace.
