Imagine how comforting it would feel to better understand the ins and outs of what your daughter is going through. How calming it would be to discover an elevated sense of compassion, trust and confidence for both yourself as a mother as well as for your daughter.

Join me in a safe, loving and non-judgmental space where we will explore the many ups and downs of parenting 9-11 year old daughters (and those who identify as daughter).

Through this immersive workshop for MOMS ONLY, you will learn about generational mothering, brain development, and how to have heart-forward conversations to help your daughter's deep journey of worthiness and self confidence. All participants will receive practical gems, learning how to drop in, connect, reflect, and communicate, giving her the space to fully express herself as well as how you can hold onto your own truths and boundaries.

If you are willing to change your stance, even a little, and stretch yourself to invite more connection, my workshops can get you there. When we start intentionally showing up with open minds and open hearts, the magic of parenting begins.
