A Weekend Workshop for Women and Girls Aged 16+
The Muslim Heart Project, in collaboration with Cardiff University Community Gateway.
Join us for a supportive and enriching two-day workshop designed to nurture emotional wellbeing through an Islamic and creative approach. Together, we will explore key emotional states such as love, anger, and hope, offering spiritually grounded insights into understanding, managing, and reflecting on our inner experiences.
Through guided discussion and creative expression, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their emotions, process lived experiences, and connect with others in a safe, structured, and welcoming environment. This workshop offers a unique space to engage both the heart and creativity within an Islamic framework. Find out more about your facilitators below.
Light refreshments will be provided.
This is a free workshop with limited spaces. Registration is required.
Important Note: Reserving a place means that you are committing to attending both days of the workshop.
