Theme: Beyond the Mirror

A creative and uplifting workshop for young Muslim girls aged 14–18

From a young age, we’re surrounded by messages telling us what beauty should look like, how we should look, and who we should be.

But what if we could pause the noise?

What if we explored beauty through an Islamic lens, built confidence beyond appearance, and developed a stronger sense of self-worth rooted in who we are?

Join us for Sisters; Serene & Strong – Beyond the Mirror, a fun, and creative day with honest discussions designed to give young sisters a safe space to talk, reflect, connect, play and create alongside others their age.

This event is brought to you through a collaboration between FN & Fekra, Dar-Ul-Isra Mosque and The Muslim Heart Project, bringing together creativity, community and Islamic wellbeing to create a meaningful and engaging experience for young sisters.

What’s in Store?

  •  Explore beauty through an Islamic lens
  •  Build confidence and learn to filter the messages and pressures we encounter every day
  •  Design your own blueprint for self-image and beauty
  •  Get involved in fun games, activities and discussions
  •  Take home your own creative writing piece
  •  Create a beautiful art reminder to keep with you
