Enter a virtual Old-Growth forest to locate rare fungi in peril due to forest fires and logging. As you move into the forest you find yourself growing smaller and smaller, meeting old-growth forest-dwelling creatures.

One of the creatures sets you and fellow hikers on a journey to locate the Mycelial Entity, an ancient power that is the heart of the Wood Wide Web.

However, you can only locate the Mycelial Entity by working together, connecting with the forest, and finding the golden Spore. 

Otherwise, Dysbiosis occurs, and the humans burn the forest and the shared environment to ash.
