Forest & Fire is a slow, immersive 3-hour experience combining a fully guided forest bathing session with a mindful sauna ritual, set in beautiful, private Hampshire woodland.

We begin in the forest. Led by a qualified forest bathing guide, you'll be gently invited to reconnect with the natural world through your senses, unhurried, present, and quietly alive to everything around you. We close our time in the woodland, mindfully, beneath the canopy of the trees.

From there, we move into the warmth of the sauna, where a trained Sauna Master guides you through a slow, sensory ritual, mindful, breath-led, and deeply restorative. Expect plant infusions, natural elements, and moments of genuine stillness.

Light refreshments are included to nourish you along the way.

This experience is for you if you are:

No previous experience is needed. All are welcome.
