Greetings Ladies

It can reduce symptoms of long CoVID, improve sleep, increase happy hormones and even relieve muscle pains, but what can this miracle mineral do for black women?

What is the importance of magnesium for black women's health?

Magnesium is a crucial mineral that plays a vital role in various bodily functions, including muscle and nerve function, blood sugar regulation, and bone health. For black women, who often face unique health challenges, ensuring an adequate intake of magnesium can make a significant difference in their overall well-being.

Why don't we all just eat more magnesium then?

Most people don't realise how many ultra processed foods actually make up their daily diet, so even if you think you're eating 'healthy foods', the extensive processing many foods go through, means most foods are stripped of many essential nutrients including Magnesium. Add to that soil depletion, lower food quality and stress and lifestyle factors that  mean we burn through magnesium at a faster rate than usual, we can become deficient without even realising it.

So if you

  • Feel you may be deficient but aren't sure how best to address it
  • Know that there's something missing in your life and health
  • Are on a health journey and want to know how Magnesium can be added to it
  • Want to take back control of your health naturally
