My name is Aunty Leah & I would like to share with you some things I wish I had known about my periods, body & womb when I was your age, that would have helped me have better periods during my teens & more confidence in myself.

During our chat:

* We'll talk about what's happening in your body during your periods

* I'll show you how to stay clean and fresh during your periods 

* We'll talk about what you can do about aches and pains during your periods 

* I'll show you natural things you can do and take to help your womb

* & We'll play the online game Kahoot.it to see what you can remember from our chat (and we might even have some prizes you can win!!!)

What to bring with you: Listening ears is all you need to bring with you, but you might want to bring something to take notes with and a second device to play Kahoot on.
