After writing and publishing my raw food recipe book over 10yrs ago, I’ve facilitated live and online raw food workshops and classes around the UK and at home, my family and I (hubby and 6 children) have fully raw vegan meals & days regularly, so I’ll be able to share all this knowledge and experience with you.

FAQs

Do I get the recipes for the foods made on the day?

Yes a full recipe pdf will be sent out 24hrs before the event so you buy the ingredients to make the recipes along with me if you want to.

Will nuts be used?

Yes, nuts will be used in several recipes, but many won't have any

Are all foods vegan & gluten-free?

Yes, all foods used are gluten free & vegan apart from honey used in a few recipes, which i can give alternatives for 

Can tickets be bought on the day?

Online access tickets can be bought up to 1hr before the start time of the event at 1pm on Sun 2nd Jul 2023.
