The New Albany Wicked Walk Walking Tour - Saturday Morning Coffee & Crime Tour!

Join us for our newest offering, our Saturday morning 

"Coffee & Crime Tour"!

Our earliest tour ever!!!  Beat the heat, grab a cup of coffee, and walk with us as we visit the locations of some of downtown New Albany's most infamously true historical crimes!  And all before the clock strikes noon!  (and leaving you plenty of time for Independence Day festivities!) 

For this event, we have partnered with downtown New Albany's own 

True North Coffee House!

And as far as the "coffee" part of this tour, since this is an early tour, and a lot of us need that morning pick me up, we invite you to stop inside True North before the start time and grab your favorite beverage and bring it along with you on the tour! 

To make sure you get your drink in a timely manner, we do encourage you to show up a little early to order! True North has assured us they will be ready to serve us! 

The tour will start in front the the coffee shop.

PLEASE read all of the following BEFORE purchasing tickets

Our True Crime tours are based on actual documented historical events that took place in downtown New Albany, IN. During the tour, we will visit the locations connected to the events, and the guide will share (often gruesome) facts & details of the historical crime itself, with some context and any noteworthy concluding tidbits included. NO paranormal information will be shared on these tours.

This tour will mainly stay in the area of downtown New Albany with a few outliers. We visit the sites where events actually occurred, are said to have occurred, or in some instances, have a direct connection to the event (murders, mysteries, serial killers, etc.).  During this tour, we will NOT be entering any premises. 

Meet us at True North Coffee House (137 E Market St #103) at least 10 minutes before start of the event (and earlier if you are ordering a beverage!).

Tour times are 9 AM until 11 PM - Ending time is approximate. 

Please bring your personal device (such as cell phone) as there is a supplemental web site to go along with the tour!

THIS EVENT HAPPENS RAIN OR SHINE! Always dress appropriately for the weather conditions during the walk. It is a walking tour, so we advise wearing comfortable clothing and footwear. Expect to walk a distance no more than 1.5 - 2 miles.

By purchasing tickets, you and all ticket-holders in your party agree to release The New Albany Wicked Walk, its employees, agents, and affiliates from ALL liability during your time on the tour.

If you purchased tickers for others in your group, please make them aware of this release of liability.

This walk is NOT recommended for young children as graphic and explicit details of events will be shared.

Ticket-holders should respect the nature of the tour, other ticket-holders on the tour, and the locations we visit, and therefore should refrain from making unnecessary noise or other types of disturbances while on the tour especially when a guide is talking to the tour group. Also, it is forbidden for any ticket-holders on the tour to trespass on private property during the walking tour. Failure to abide by these rules could result in being asked to leave the walk without a refund.

AGAIN...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not talk or do anything disruptive while the guides are sharing stories! If you do, you may be asked to leave the tour without a refund.  

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM VIDEO RECORDING WHILE ON THE TOUR! Pictures are encouraged but we ask you DO NOT video record to prevent possible "spoilers" for future tour participants!

Purchasing a ticket signifies you have read and understand all the guidelines and recommendations.

YOU MUST BE READY TO PRESENT YOUR TICKET (paper or digital) AT TIME OF THE TOUR TO PARTICIPATE!

T-shirts will be on sale before and after the tour for $15 each.

We have the right to cancel a tour if number of tickets sold is not satisfactory. We will notify ticket-holders and promptly process a refund.

NOTE: In case of inclement & dangerous weather on the day of a tour, please continually check your email or the website or our social media platforms for any updates regarding the status of your tour! And as always, feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you have.

Tickets are NON-refundable.  Due to the nature of event ticket sales, we are not offering refunds for cancellations / no shows.  However, we will work with you to the best of our ability to reschedule you / your group on another scheduled regular tour. 

NOTE: The email address you enter when you purchase tickets will be the main way of direct communication between the New Albany Wicked Walk and you. So please, provide an email that you check on a regular basis.
