Reset Social

Reset Social is a Nudge social event and is a chance for like-minded people to connect in a way that feels mindful, intentional, and genuinely relaxed.

It's taking place on Sunday 21st June at the outstanding wellness venue, The Sanctuary &Soul.

You’ll gather with your fellow guests in the Sanctuary space, with the first 15 minutes chalked up to gentle introductions, time to settle, and a little tentative ice-breaking before easing into a pilates class. You’ll then head to a private social sauna session where wind down, chat, listen to music, and occasionally subject yourself to a cold plunge in this relaxing, one-of-a-kind space.
