July Baby Massage

The Nurture Space Southampton are delighted to welcome you for our 4 week baby massage course. 

Mondays, 10.30-11.30am.

This course is suitable for babies who are aged 6 weeks to active crawlers.

Each week we will be covering holistic massage techniques; Supporting your baby to overcome various discomforts they may face, such as Colic and constipation. Or come along to enjoy some special bonding time together.

Week 1 - Legs and Feet

Week 2 - Tummy and Chest

Week 3 - Arms and Hands

Week 4 - Face and Back

Each session will include a guided massage and we will also have a tea/ coffee break. There will be lots of opportunities to create special memories with your baby. 

This is a small and intimate class for 8 parents and babies. We have designed our class to be calm and relaxing for baby and you.

Following each session, videos will be sent to you of each massage, enabling you to continue your practice at home. 

FAQ's

• What does my ticket include? Access to the event described above, for 1 baby and up to 2 adults. Please let me know if a 2nd adult is coming, just for planning purposes.
• What should I bring? Just you, your baby and your usual baby supplies, everything else is provided, I also have spare nappies, wipes and self care items for mum's, in case you forgot anything.
• What should baby wear? Dress baby in comfortable easy to remove layers. 
• What happens if baby needs a feed/ sleep etc? We are completely baby led, please meet your babies needs as you would at home. 
• Can I take pictures? Yes of course! Please share away too, just please make sure you only share photos of your baby. If I am in the background these are absolutely fine to share too!

Terms and Conditions for Baby Massage Classes

1. Payment and Booking
   
   
   • A non-refundable payment in full is required upfront to secure your place in the course.
   • Payment must be made before the start of the first class.
   • Once payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent. This is for insurance purposes and to confirm your booking
2. Cancellations and Refunds
   
   
   • If you need to cancel your place before the course begins, 14 days' notice is required for a full refund.
   • If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the course, a 50% refund will be issued.
   • No refunds will be given unless at least 48hrs notice is given.
   • Swapping classes may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the instructor. Please contact me directly to discuss.
3. Missed Classes
   
   
   • If you are unable to attend a class, please inform me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for missed sessions.
   • If the class is canceled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), a make-up class will be scheduled, or a refund will be provided for that session.
4. Communication
   
   
   • I will contact you once payment has been received and again one week before the first session with additional details, including directions to the venue, parking information, and full contact details.

5. Liability and Safety
   
   
   • By attending the class, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own and your baby’s safety during the sessions.
   • Please ensure your baby is in good health and you have received the necessary medical clearance before attending.
6. Confidentiality
   
   
   • All personal information will be kept confidential and used only for communication regarding the course. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
7. Instructor's Rights
   
   
   • The instructor reserves the right to refuse entry or participation in the class if necessary (e.g., health and safety concerns).
   • The instructor may make changes to the schedule or venue if required, but will notify you in advance.
8. Class Materials
   
   
   • All course materials provided, including handouts or additional resources, are for personal use only and must not be distributed or shared without prior consent from the instructor.
9. Health Conditions
   
   
   • If you or your baby have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns, please inform me before attending the class. This will help ensure the class is suitable and safe for you.
