TRADERS

Do you sell a product or service that would fit in with the subject of The Off-Grid Survival Show ?   We can offer reasonably priced stalls for people who sell courses or products in all things self-reliance in Nature, survival, outdoor activities, crafts, homesteading and self-sufficiency.

Please read:

This is NOT the place to book catering stalls, the showground charges a premium for catering stalls over and above the stall cost from the show.  This is around £240, if you would like to book a catering pitch please email us at hello@survivalshow.uk

All stalls (unless fire or large units such as tipis, yurts, vans etc) will be inside the cattle barns at the showground, these are huge open sided barns.  Please email us at hello@survivalshow.uk to let us know if you need outside space.  

You are buying a pitch only.

No stall infrastructure is provided, nor electricity.  Inside space will not need a roof to your stall, if you do not have one.  Outside space you will need your own weather-proof set up.

Electricity - the stands do not come with electricity, if you need this please let us know.  Electricity is charged by the showground after the event, so you will be billed an upfront amount, just before the show, based on your own estimated useage, then any outstanding after the show.

Set up times

Set up can be from Friday afternoon/eve from 2pm, or before 9am Saturday morning.  Take down is after 6pm on Sunday to 10pm Sunday eve, if you have a large set up it may be possible to complete break down on Monday morning.  All items must be off the showground by 9.30am.  

Stand price

is for the full weekend and priced as follows:
The stand size/price begins at size 6ft x 6ft for £40 for the full weekend this is 6ft deep and 6ft wide.

Up to a stand 12 ft deep x 18ft wide for £240

Spacing

We will have rows that are 6ft deep or 12ft deep so please choose accordingly at checkout.

If you need more space simply add multiples together.

No cars will be allowed in the cattle barns once the show is underway buy you have access to free parking in the showground car parks.

Terms and Conditions

No refunds can be given for cancellation,  you may however find a fellow trader and if their offerings are within the ethos of the show, offer to transfer your pitch to them.

If there is a government lockdown, or restriction on the gathering, so that it has to be postponed, your pitch will automatically be rolled over to the new date.  If this is impossible for you, with good reason, please email in within 7 days of the new date is announced.  We email any updates directly to your inbox, twice if urgent, and post on all our social media channels, it is your responsibility to keep on top of show communications, once booked.

We require a copy of your up to date public liability insurance at some point just before the show, so be sure that you have this in place. No trader will be admitted without the system showing a copy of a valid insurance certificate has been received.

Purchase of a stand space does not automatically give you free camping.  However if you are travelling from afar (we are saying over 60 miles) then please apply for a half price camping code.

Due to covid restrictions on numbers the number of staff you are allowed is two for any stall size up to three blocks of six foot square, three for any number of blocks over three blocks, and if you have the largest stall size only of six blocks of six foot square, you can have four staff.  We are sure you understand that for every member of staff you have we have to count the numbers and reduce attendees, due to spacing requirements.  THIS MAY CHANGE... nearer the time, so we will let you know in the week up to the show if you can add any extra staff on over and above these numbers.
