8 Track Flashback is a dynamic group of musicians based in Boise, Idaho. This group will take you on a nostalgic musical journey, from the groovy beats of the 60s to the infectious rhythms of today. With a repertoire spanning rock, pop, soul, and country, 8 Track Flashback delivers entertaining performances that will have you dancing and singing along to classic hits.

Lisa Marie
Lisa Marie is a skilled musician, composer, performer, and visual artist, whose creativity knows no bounds. Signed at the age of 18 by Michael Sembello (who collaborated with Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder and Barbra Streisand), she has headlined countless festivals and was honored to play for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.

While Lisa Marie’s first instrument is her stunning vocals, she also plays. drums, piano, guitar and bass guitar—often while covering lead vocals. She is delighted to serve as a standing guest lecturer at Boise State University on the topic of Motown music and social change.

Jerry Smith
Jerry started playing drums in clubs when he was 10 years old. He has opened for George Strait, Marty Robbins and Johnny Paycheck. He enjoyed a ten year residency in the entertainment capital of the world: Las Vegas. Jerry loved playing with 8 Track Flashback and moonlights with entertainers from Vegas with his Rocking Horse Medicine Show band.

Steve Howder
Steve started singing in public and learning harmonies at 9 years old. He picked up the guitar at age 14. After a hiatus to focus on work and family, he helped form a band in 1997 and has been playing all over the USA, as well as in China, Thailand, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Morocco. He enjoys playing with 8 Track Flashback for the variety of songs and the opportunity to play multiple instruments.

Blair Sutherland
With a 40 year career in music, Blair is a seasoned bass player and multi-instrumentalist, Blair’s skillful grooves and dynamic playing have made him a sought-after collaborator in a variety of genres, including classic rock, alt rock, jazz, country, hip-hop and blues.
