The Towner is a well known and prestigious art gallery, located in the western part of the beautiful seaside resort of Eastbourne. The festival will be held in two rooms, Studio 1 for exhibitors, and the Cinema for talks, soundbath and meditations. If you book a space you are free to join any of the latter, subject to availability.

PLEASE READ - Details for Exhibitors:

The cost of each space is £50 (for Healer, Reader or Retailer), plus a transaction fee to cover our card costs; purchase protection is also offered at the checkout. Payment can also be by bank transfer.

Retailers of products may book up to 2 spaces.

Table (5' x 2') supplied, plus chair(s). You will need to provide your own table covering.

NB. You will need to supply evidence of your insurance within 72 hours of making your booking.

Once you have made your booking, please email theoneproject703@gmail.com with a copy of your insurance and some information about yourself and your business, biography, reels, photos, etc. to help us feature and promote you on our social media.

Please also let us know if you want ticket(s) for the evening concert, as seats are limited to 84.

By booking a space you agree to be photographed for publicity purposes. However, if you prefer not to, please let us know when you email us your bio and we will protect that privacy.

During the daytime...

Please don't forget to bring your leaflets, flyers, business cards, prices and any special offers, etc.

For Healers (therapists, Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, etc.), we find that shorter taster sessions work well for this type of festival, 30 minutes or less, although some customers might want a full healing session.

For Readers (angel cards, tarot, psychics, mediums, etc.), you could offer whatever suits you - short readings or longer, depending on the needs of the customer.

For Healers & Readers, it is also good to have a desk stand displaying your prices; past experience says about £1 / minute (15 minute, 30 minute sessions, etc.), however you can charge what you think is fair.

Some customers might want to pay by card (e.g. SumUp or Square) and others by cash, so it is a good idea to keep a cash float handy for change. Towner Eastbourne also has WiFi for Internet connectivity (e.g. SumUp transactions).

If you expect to be busy, a booking form on the table with your available time often helps, especially when you need to take a break.

For Retailers: the offerings are various: for example, services such as coaching, counselling and other wellness, such as breathwork, yoga, mediation, homeopathy, aromatherapy, etc., and products such as ethical / ethnic / organic clothes, jewelry, crystals, candles, skincare products, essential oils, incense / burners, oracle cards, spiritual books, etc.

If you have booked 2 spaces, two tables (5' x 2', approximately 150cm x 60cm ) will be next to each other.

All spaces will be allocated and communicated in advance of the festival. 

Everyone can display an upright banner.

Please keep public access areas safe and clear at all times, and store any stock or boxes of leaflets / marketing material behind the supplied table .

The event is indoors, so you do not need to worry about the weather - although it is a UK Bank Holiday!

We will give some loading / unloading and parking tips before the Festival.

You will also be invited to a WhatsApp group to help communicate with us and each another, collaborate and ask or share ideas and information.

There is a Towner cafe onsite for some rest and relaxation, plus a drink (tea / coffee) making area for exhibitors.

Timetable for the day:

• 9 am to 10 am - access and setting-up your space in Studio 1; doors are opened to the public at 10am, however some (pre-paid) guests might still be checking in

• 10 to 10.30 pm - festival opens, pre-registration guests check in

• Cafe open through the day for snacks and drinks

• 10.30 - Sound Bath with 528 Hertz

• 11.00 - Workshop - Frequency & Sound Healing with Nature

• 11.30 - Workshop - Crystal Healing & Chakra Balancing

• 12.00 - Meditations - Heart Meditation / Leaving the Past Behind

• 4 pm to 5 pm - breakdown and close
